Matthew 6:25-27
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear.  Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?  Look at the birds of the air; thy do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?  Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

We  have a lot of money to raise in the next few months.  We know God will provide it.  If God will provide for the birds of the sky, will he not provide for the orphans who need a home?  Of course he will!  God will equip us with the money we need to bring our children home.  We are not worried about IF God will bring the money, we are only exited to see HOW he does it.

If you feel led to help us financially, there is a paypal button where you can donate on the home page.  We are also selling T-Shirts, Coffee, and Cookies to help bring in money towards are adoption.  If you live in Prescott Area, we are having yard sales throughout this whole process to raise money.  If you have anything you can donate to our yard sale please e-mail me at heartforadoption@hotmail.com.

Special Thanks to all of those people who have helped us to much already!  We love your hearts for God's work!

  3. I just found your blog! How exciting! My husband and I are just finishing up our home study for international adoption through Ethiopia. We are in a similar boat with fundraising. We recently came in contact with another adoptive family who is heavily involved with a fundraising program called "Both Hands." It's through Lifesong for Orphans. Have you ever heard of it? The idea is to help a widow and to help orphans at the same time. It really is a unique fundraiser that seems to work incredibly well. I thought I would share it with you--I know this is all so overwhelming! Here is a link to their site: http://goo.gl/Posb8. By the way, our blog is http://faith4fatherless.blogspot.com/.
